The Centre for elearning and Information Technology Research  intends to register Suppliers, from  interested  eligible prospective  providers  of  specific  categories  for  the  supply  of  the under listed goods, works and services. The available categories are as listed:

Category 1

Supply    of    General    Office    Stationery    and    Computer Consumables

Category 2

Supply of Computer Equipment & Accessories

Category 3

Supply of Furniture, Office Equipment, and Furnishings

Category 4

Provision of Graphic Design and Printing Services

Category 5

Supply of Motor VehiclesTyres, Tubes and Batteries

Category 6

Provision of Telephone Airtime Cards

Category 7

Architecture Services and Construction Works - Registered companies under the NCC patents

Category 8

Air Ticketing Services (IATA registered Company)

Category 9

Supply and delivery of Plumbing and Electrical Materials

Category 10

Repair  and  Servicing  of  Motor Vehicles – Only  Registered and approved Garages/Dealers

Category 11

catering   services   (i.e.   tents,   chairs,   tables,   mobile toilets,   etc)   during   events   like   projects   handing   over   and commissioning

Category 12

Repair  &  Maintenance  of Office  Equipment  i.e.  Photocopiers, Scanners, Shredders, Calculator, Franking Machines

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS  
• Full Registered name of the Organization    
• Copy of Valid VAT certificate    
• Copy of Valid Certificate of Incorporation    
• Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate    
• Postal, Physical and email addresses    
• Telephone and Fax Number    
• Three letters of reference from reputable clients    
• Full Banking Details and Financial Capability            
• Names of Directors  and their Physical Addresses (Attach copy of PACRA Form)    
• Proof of Registration with NCC for construction or any other regulatory bodies    

CONDITIONS
CeIR Limited shall undertake a preliminary evaluation and only successful firms will be notified, Applicants must clearly state areas of specialization on the envelopes.  CeIR Limited restricts the limit to a maximum of four categories per company. All Applications must be done online, and all relevant documentation uploaded in the right format. The registrant should ensure to deposit a non-refundable registration processing fee of ZMW350 into the organization account as given below:
