The online application is the standard procedure when applying for a study place at the Centre for elearning and Information Technology Research (CeIR). Information about applying under certain conditions (with foreign educational certificate, without educational university entrance qualification, etc.).
First, need to apply online through the Alternative Tertiaries portal and then upon successful admission you will have to sign up on the academic ALTERT portal - the learning management system. This is the general application process, meaning that anyone can use this portal to apply online.

After completing the online application, the application for admission with your submitted data as PDF will be processed. ensure that you press submit and all the attachments are uploaded.
Only then, your application is classified as submitted – the online application alone issufficient!
