What we expect of applicants
Apply specifically for jobs that interest you and match your qualifications. Before attending an interview, learn as much as you can about our company and the job vacancy.
It’s all about preparation
If you have prepared well, you can be relaxed and confident at your interview. When setting a date, we will give you enough time to prepare for the meeting and would advise you to consider the following:
1. Check your CV again: Are there any gaps or entries that might require explanation? Are your enclosures all there?
2. Who am I: Think about what it is that sets you apart or challenges you, and where you might be best deployed. The clearer a picture you have of your strengths, preferences and goals, the better you will be able to tell us why you and nobody else are the perfect choice for the job in question.
3. Don’t forget: Bring paper and pencil to make notes during the meeting.Bring questions you would like us to answer.
And, above all: Be authentic, and don’t rehearse standard answers from job application guides until you know them off by heart! We want to get to know you, and you need to be able to learn more about us. During the meeting, we want both sides to be clear on what is expected of each other, and to see if we are a good match.
