BaCoLes PSE is a school-based, provisional information technology enhancement programme focused on increasing the learning potential of ICTs lessons and empowering teachers with engaging presentation tools and advanced class-management systems, and to improve teaching and learning processes in the schools that have integrated ICT as an examinable course. The project empowers educators in providing learners with skills and tools they need in computers, especially basic skills, to make future job-skills choices, and improve the performance levels in ICT.

They say to hide something from an African or black person, put it in a book. This means that Africans or black people are known for not reading books or anything contained in a book. What has made most of the developing nations advance in technology, science and modernization are having the right kind of materials to use. If we would want to develop, we need to begin to embrace our innovation and do the right this. We need to create a unique community that should be able to work around challenges.
